Volume 39 - Anchor C: Navier Stokes Physical Consistency Anchor

This volume presents Anchor C, a physical consistency anchor for the two dimensional incompressible Navier Stokes equation in vorticity form. Anchor C establishes a reproducible and verifiable framework for spectral simulation in which every step of the evolution is required to satisfy a set of physics grounded constraints. The anchor defines four gates that enforce the correctness of the Poisson relation, velocity operators, nonlinear transport, modal structure, enstrophy behavior, and coherent structure evolution. These gates ensure that the trajectory remains inside the physically admissible manifold of the Navier Stokes equation. The formulation includes a sign consistency gate based on the vorticity reconstruction identity, a structural dealiasing gate built from the two thirds rule, a scaled enstrophy continuity gate derived from viscosity and grid scale, and an Ache gate that monitors coherent structures through vorticity and the Okubo Weiss parameter. Anchor C also provides four falsifier classes designed to break incorrect implementations. Certified trajectories must pass all gates at every step and must pass all falsifiers. The volume includes the complete spectral formulation, gate definitions, falsifier construction, and reproducibility requirements. A companion notebook provides deterministic execution, artifact generation, and certification outputs. Together, these components establish a stable and physically grounded anchor for two dimensional Navier Stokes simulation within the recursive symbolic intelligence framework.
