QO+R Framework: From String Theory to Galactic Observations
A novel two-field modified gravity framework (QO+R) derived from Type IIB string theory, with empirical validation on 708,086 galaxies across multiple datasets. This repository contains three papers: Paper 1: Environmental Modulation of the Baryonic Tully-Fisher Relation - Discovery of a U-shaped pattern in BTFR residuals (4.4σ detection in SPARC, replicated in ALFALFA and IllustrisTNG). Paper 2: Residual Diagnostic Methodology - Extension to medical biomarkers (NHANES data), demonstrating universal applicability of the residual analysis framework. Paper 3: From String Theory to Galactic Observations - Complete theoretical derivation from Calabi-Yau compactification, with the "killer prediction" of sign inversion confirmed at 6.3σ. Key result: The coupling constant λ_QR ≈ 1 emerges naturally from string theory geometry (quintic P⁴[5]). IMPORTANT: This work presents a hypothesis connecting string theory phenomenology to astrophysical observations. The connection remains tentative and requires further investigation.
