New quality productive forces, Chinese traditional culture, and university aesthetic education: theoretical framework
This study explores the dynamic interplay among New Quality Productive Forces, Chinese traditional culture, and university aesthetic education, proposing an integrated theoretical framework to address their synergistic potential. New Quality Productive Forces-driven by digitalization, AI, and VR-enable the preservation and innovative transformation of traditional culture, while aesthetic education bridges technology and culture by cultivating students’ cultural identity, creativity, and humanistic values. The research highlights how universities can leverage technological tools to transform cultural resources into pedagogical content, fostering talent with both innovative skills and cultural confidence. By conceptualizing a four-layer framework (objectives, content, methods, evaluation), this paper argues for a closed-loop system where technology empowers cultural revitalization, and aesthetic education nurtures the competencies required in the new era. The findings underscore the role of universities as "transformation fields" for sustaining cultural heritage and advancing high-quality talent development.
