Metadata and Data Services Activities-Functions MaDSAF Overview

This working paper briefly defines a list of metadata and data services’ activities and functions (MaDSAF) derived from an analysis of the common features between relevant current standards. The headings are divided into four groups: digital object management, organisational infrastructure, technology and security.
