This paper aims to derive reverse Minkowski and Hölder’s inclusions via newly introduced interval-valued (I.V) generalized proportional fractional (GPF) integral operators. A key contribution is the introduction of a novel class of I.V (Ψ,(h1,h2)-Godunova Levin (GL)) convex functions, which generalizes various existing convexity concepts. The study extends Jensen’s inclusion within the framework of ((h1,h2)-GL ) generic I.V convex functions. Novel Hermite-Hadamard (H-H), Fejér-(H-H) and Pachpatte-type inclusions are established using the GPF integral operator in conjunction with the new class of I.V convex functions. To further validate our findings, we present numerical examples that illustrate the effectiveness of our main results, supported by graphical demonstrations in 2D and 3D and comparative tables. Limiting cases are analyzed to highlight connections with existing results in the literature and applications to special means are also presented.
