DESI DR2 BAO Test of the Sigma–Schmidt Duality (1)
Short Summary:This work presents the first BAO comparison between DESI DR2 data and the Sigma–Schmidt Duality (SSD). Using the nine isotropic distance measurements DV(z)/rdD_V(z)/r_dDV(z)/rd, we perform a χ² minimisation for both ΛCDM and SSD. The SSD model achieves a slightly improved fit (Δχ² = –0.37) and reproduces DESI distances across all redshifts with comparable accuracy. We include the full plot and the residuals for reproducibility.
