Lunar Base Construction Case Study
The Space Construction Innovation Project aims to prioritize and accelerate the development of unmanned construction technologies (construction, building materials manufacturing, architecture, etc.) that contribute to lunar development. To apply unmanned construction technologies introduced and developed in terrestrial construction projects to the construction of lunar bases, the technologies and standards that should be prioritized for development will be clarified, while also considering their deployment to terrestrial construction. Lunar base construction case study will be conducted to confirm the effectiveness in a digital twin environment. This paper introduces some representative case studies.
