A TWO-AXIOM FOUNDATION: C1 + NoL
This paper presents the v1.1 release of the Information-Relational Necessity System ($\mathbf{IRNS}$) Framework, marking a significant formal milestone: the transition from a Conditional Theory (Axioms + Postulates) to a Pure Axiomatic Foundation. We analytically derive fundamental physical constants, including the Fine-Structure Constant ($\mathbf{\alpha_{\text{EM}}^{-1}}$) and Gravitational Constant ($\mathbf{G}$), from the minimal base of exactly two Generative Axioms. 1. The V1.1 Formal Breakthrough The key achievement is the elimination of all structural postulates by proving them as theorems. This is achieved via the $\mathbf{SAFT}$ (Special Adjoint Functor Theorem) proof which verifies the conditions necessary for the Reflector Existence Axiom ($\mathbf{REA}$) to emerge from the two base axioms: $$\mathbf{Axiom \: C1} + \mathbf{Axiom \: NoL} \xrightarrow[\text{Axiomatic Proof}]{\text{SAFT Verification}} \mathbf{THEOREM \: REA} \rightarrow \mathbf{All \: Derived \: Theorems}$$ This establishes a foundation resting on: Two Axioms: Optimal Representation ($\mathbf{C1}$) and Necessity of Coherence ($\mathbf{NoL}: q+q^*=3$). Zero Structural Postulates: The Tension Functional ($\mathbf{T(q)}$, formerly P1) and $\mathbf{\pi_6}$ Stability (formerly P2) are now confirmed as Derived Theorems (necessitated consequences of REA). 2. Core Analytical Results (Proven) The Framework derives its geometric constants from the proven structure: Heart Equilibrium: The unique minimum of the Tension Functional is analytically proven to be $\mathbf{q = 3/2}$. Informational Rigidity: The Hessian at this equilibrium point is $\mathbf{I_F^{\text{rel}} = 192}$. Uniqueness of Minima: Comprehensive Hessian Analysis formally proves the stability and uniqueness of the emergent geometric minima ($5\pi$ dynamic and $6\pi$ structural). 3. Empirical Precision and Consistency The derived constants achieve high empirical fidelity: Fine-Structure Constant ($\mathbf{\alpha_{\text{EM}}^{-1}}$): The calculated value aligns with CODATA with an error of $\mathbf{\sim 0.0002\%}$. Internal Consistency Test: The Framework establishes a rigorous formula for the Geometric Scale Length ($\mathbf{L_{\text{IRNS}}}$) that is derived independently of $\mathbf{G}$ and $\mathbf{\hbar}$, relying solely on $\mathbf{c}$ and the internal relational constants ($\mathbf{S}, \mathbf{N}$). 4. Falsifiability Criterion The theory adheres to the Popperian falsifiability criterion, centered on the analytically proven value of $I_F^{\text{rel}}$: the Framework is disproved if the informational rigidity is found to be $\mathbf{I_F^{\text{rel}} \neq 192}$.
