Theoretical study of electronic specific heat in anti-ferromagnetically ordered Cuprates
In the case of anti-ferromagnetically ordered Cuprate systems to study the anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) gap, we have proposed a Hamiltonian model. Here, the effects of impurity f-level position w. r. t. Fermi level, hybridization strength, anti-ferromagnetic coupling parameter and coulomb interaction are discussed. This model is analytically solved by considering Zubarev’s double-time Green’s function technique. At the paramagnetic limit, the impurity f-electron position above Fermi level is taken into account in the presence of coulomb energy. Finally, the effects of impurity f level position w. r. t. Fermi, anti-ferromagnetic coupling parameter, strength of hybridization and coulomb energy on electronic specific heat are discussed.
