Angular Domino Information Velocity: A Disorder-Limited Propagation Law for Waves and Information

This paper proposes a standalone physical law for the velocity of information propagation based on the Angular Domino Propagation (ADP) framework. Information is redefined not as transported matter or particle flow, but as the transmission of synchronized angular-momentum phase patterns across structurally continuous momentum carriers. The effective information velocity is defined by the following relation: where c is the theoretical upper bound of phase-coherent transmission and Δv represents the characteristic velocity of internal disorder, including thermal motion, phase noise, structural irregularity, and material defects. When disorder is minimal, phase transmission approaches simultaneity; as disorder increases, phase coherence collapses and information propagation slows accordingly. This formulation explains why rigid solids exhibit near-instantaneous phase transmission, elastic media show phase delay, and fluids and gases fail to support angular-domino propagation. Ionic systems are predicted to achieve near-solid transmission speeds under sufficient continuity despite slow ionic drift. The theory offers a unified reinterpretation of electrical resistance as phase-synchronization delay, superconductivity as perfect continuity, and neural conduction as protein-domain angular pattern transfer. The model further provides a physical mechanism underlying the universal speed limit commonly attributed to relativity, reframing it as saturation of tangential angular momentum rather than as an axiom of spacetime geometry. The law is testable through temperature-dependent signaling, disorder engineering in materials, and phase-coherence measurements in biological systems.
