RESEARCH ON THE BRAKING PROCESS OF THE LIFTING MECHANISM OF LOAD-LIFTING MACHINES
Ensuring the safety, reliability and durability of lifting machines is a critical task in mechanical engineering and operation. Lifting mechanisms, as key components of these machines, operate under conditions of significant cyclic loads and high requirements for load positioning accuracy. The braking process is a decisive stage in the working cycle, as both the safety of personnel and equipment and the dynamic loads on structural elements depend on its effectiveness. Suboptimal braking modes can lead to dynamic overloads, premature wear of brake components, hydraulic drives (in the case of hydraulic brake systems) and, as a result, to emergency situations.
