On the Origin of Interstellar Comets: The Rafael Theory.

ENGLISH This updated version of The Rafael Theory introduces a predictive framework and mathematical formalism to strengthen the original hypothesis. In addition to the three key indicators — dynamics, chemical composition, and activity — the theory now includes testable predictions, equations for cometary behavior, and proposed methods for scientific verification. It specifies ultraviolet and forbidden oxygen spectral lines ([O I] 1304 Å, 5577 Å, 6300/6364 Å), carbon features (C I 1657 Å, C II 1335 Å), evaporation velocities (~10–100 m/s at 1 AU), and nucleus mass ranges (10¹²–10¹⁵ kg).Supported by observations of ‘Oumuamua (2017), 2I/Borisov (2019), and 3I/ATLAS (2020), this version establishes a rigorous and testable foundation for future research into the origin of interstellar comets.
