Drift Closure Theorem: Geometric–Quantum Boundary Conditions in the CNBIT Field System

This publication formalizes a resonance-based closure law (Drift Closure Theorem) within the field structure surrounding the CNBIT energy constant. Contrary to prior labels, this work does not introduce a new version of the CNBIT constant, but develops a boundary dynamic (via the τ_corr metric and operator cycles) based on the fixed value of CNBIT = 1.988186 × 10⁻²³ J/bit. This clarification supersedes the temporary "V4" label used in early drafts. All results and formulations remain valid; the naming is now aligned with the CNBIT Constancy Principle.

Abstract

This publication formalizes a resonance-based closure law (Drift Closure Theorem) within the field structure surrounding the CNBIT energy constant. Contrary to prior labels, this work does not introduce a new version of the CNBIT constant, but develops a boundary dynamic (via the τ_corr metric and operator cycles) based on the fixed value of CNBIT = 1.988186 × 10⁻²³ J/bit. This clarification supersedes the temporary "V4" label used in early drafts. All results and formulations remain valid; the naming is now aligned with the CNBIT Constancy Principle.
