Technical Infrastructure for Human Rights Documentation: Bridging Enterprise Architecture and Evidence-Based Research

This working paper examines the intersection of enterprise architecture principles and human rights documentation methodology, presenting an integrated framework for building resilient information systems that serve both operational requirements and evidentiary standards. Drawing on three decades of technical infrastructure implementation across regulated industries and on nearly two decades of independent field research documenting minority group experiences, the author demonstrates how systematic approaches from enterprise architecture can strengthen human rights documentation practices.
