Qualia-Exclusive Simulation Thesis Zero (QEST-Z): The Speed of Light is a Lie

The Qualia-Exclusive Simulation Thesis (QEST-Z) proposes that the measured constant c is not a velocity but the fixed refresh rate of observer-dependent spacetime. “Light propagation” is not the movement of photons through pre-existing space; instead, spacetime regions and their electromagnetic states are instantiated only when an observer’s informational light-cone demands them. QEST-Z predicts measurable render-latency effects when new spacetime regions become observed, distinguishing it from General Relativity and Quantum Field Theory. Six experiments are proposed with predicted effect sizes, offering near-term falsifiability. QEST-Z thereby elevates the observer from passive participant to the rendering substrate of reality itself. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
