PHYLOGENETIC ANALYSIS OF NODULE BACTERIA ESPARSETA ONOBRYCHIS SP., USING 16S RDNA
Rhizobia were isolated from the root nodules of perennial plant Esparseta Onobrychis sp., from Desert of Central Asia. The phylogeny of the isolates was investigated using 16S rDNA. The phylogenetic tree of the 16S rDNA showed that many of the isolates belonged to Rhizobium sp., Sinorhizobium sp., Pantoea agglomerans, and to Paenibacillus polymyxa strain. The acetylene reduction activity was higher for the many isolates inoculated with host plants in micro vegetation experiments. The plasmid profile showed to the Rhizobial isolates has some many big plasmids, analogical to Sinorhizobium meliloti 41AK631. When the plant was re-inoculated with new nodule bacteria, a high activity of reducing acetylene per plant was observed, and the effective plant growth was higher of the first once. Based on these data, we assume that an effective rhizobia inoculant has been identified for the plant Esparseta Onobrychis sp.
