This guide aims to help researchers, data stewards, and communications staff to develop web accessible outputs for long-term deposit, such as in Zenodo. The guide contains two checklists: one for slide decks (powerpoints) and one for documents. The advice is generally software- or tool-agnostic, and contains references to external resources that may be helpful. This is version 1.5, which is a slightly updated version of a 2024 document.
