Effect of Green Human Resource Management Practices on Green Universities and Their Behaviour

The connection between the Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and Task-Related Green Behaviours (TRGB) is a curious phenomenon to pursue, primarily since educational institutions play a critical role in shaping the future generations and as such it becomes relevant to determine the impact that GHRM practices have on pro-environment. Four common GHRM practices that this study asks are, Green Employee Engagement (GEI), Green Compensation and Rewards (GCR), Green Performance Management (GPM) and Green Recruitment and Selection (GRS). It is a quantitative study with the research design of the descriptive type survey kind of correlation. Survey questionnaire- The survey questionnaire method is embraced to locate the employees in the universities. Overall, 50 surveys are shared. Using Spreadsheet data and structural equation modelling (spreadsheet and PLS-SEM), the survey can positively infer that GRS, GPM and positive influences on TRGB and green employee involvement (GEI), green compensation and reward (GCR) have significant and positive effects thereon which are not significant.
