Theoretical Note: Evidence for Golden Ratio Scaling in the Hydrodynamic Expansion of the Universe
In the framework of Chronodynamic Cosmology (CDC), the acceleration of the universe is modeled as a "flash boiling" phase transition of the vacuum fluid. Previous work has established a phenomenological fit for this expansion using a Vacuum Volatility Index (β ≈ 0.25). In this note, we propose a theoretical derivation for this parameter based on the principle of least action in fluid dynamics. We postulate that the vacuum phase transition follows a Golden Ratio Scaling, specifically β = ϕ⁻³ ≈ 0.236. This derivation predicts a local Hubble constant of H0 = 72.65 km/s/Mpc, which is in excellent agreement (< 0.4σ) with the SH0ES measurement (73.0 ± 1.0). This suggests that cosmic expansion is governed by a hydrodynamic optimization process that minimizes vacuum viscosity across three temporal dimensions. Correspondence: [email protected]
