Cold Stress Transcriptome of Areca catechu (Illumina NovaSeq)

This data set pertains to young Areca catechu samples collected at 6 hours, 8 hours, and 24 hours following exposure to cold stress. The leaves were utilised as the source material for the study, and the samples were subjected to sequencing on the NovaSeq X Plus platform. This platform facilitates the generation of double-ended reads. The assembly of all sample clean data was performed de novo using Trinity.
