Helile Formula: Anti-Helicobacter pylori Activity, Gut Microbiota Modulation, and Inflammatory Response Regulation

To explore the effect and mechanism of the Helile Formula against Helicobacter pylori infection, we constructed a Helicobacter pylori-infected mouse model. After treatment with Helile and antibiotics, feces from each group of mice were collected, and 16S rRNA sequencing was performed to detect the abundance of gut microbiota.
