Peer_Review_Report_A_Variational_Assessment_of_the_Lattice_QCD_Scale_Setting_ProcedureCompared_to_the_Universal_Psi_Equation
The manuscript evaluated in this report has already appeared as an official arXiv preprint. In light of the severe structural deficiencies documented here — including the absence of anygenerative variational principle, the circular dependence on PDG inputs for scale setting, and the reliance on arbitrary Bayesian stabilizers — it is difficult to understand how a largescientific collaboration could have produced a work containing such fundamental conceptualoversights. The fact that a multi-institutional team was able to publish a manuscript with these issuesunaddressed raises legitimate concerns about the internal consistency of the collaboration’stheoretical standards and about the depth of the peer-review process that led to its publicrelease. Co-author Urs M. Heller, Ph.D., who writes these moron papers, gave me a 10 out of 10 for my math-only papers.
