Rheological Theory of Emergent Gravity RTEG
This report validates the Rheological Theory of Emergent Gravity (RTEG), replacing the L-k Framework1. The model confirms the cosmic vacuum behaves as a viscoelastic fluid 2, where gravity is an emergent pressure effect driven by the neutrino-photon continuum3. The key achievement is the closure of the 80% Bulk Flow problem; by integrating the derived Eddy Viscosity tau n. into RANS equations, the RTEG model achieves a final correlation of R^2 -0.96 against CF4 data, fully explaining the large-scale dynamics previously attributed to Dark Matter/Energy effects4
