HumaNova: A Conceptual Framework for an Autonomous Biosensor-Driven Neural Restoration and Multi-Organ Modulation Platform

This paper presents HumaNova, a novel conceptual framework for an autonomous bio - sensor -driven system designed to promote neural restoration and multi-organ healing without pharmacological intervention. The proposed platform integrates ultra-sensitive biosensors, sub-millivolt neuromodulation, and adaptive feedback loops to support cellular microenvironments and enhance natural repair mechanisms. Unlike traditional therapies that target symptoms or rely on external stimulation, HumaNova proposes an internally regulated, biologically compatible implant capable of detecting micro-electrical, biochemical, and structural signals in real time. Based on current scientific foundations in neuromodulation, electroceuticals, and bioelectronic medicine, this theoretical model outlines potential pathways for rebalancing dysfunctional tissues, restoring neural circuits, and improving systemic health. Although still in its conceptual stage, HumaNova offers a pioneering vision for the next generation of regenerative biomedical systems and sets a foundation for future experimental validation.
