Editor’s Note
This issue a potpourri of topics modern and classical. There is undeniable rigor in all of these essays as will be clearly seen. We want to thank the scholars who have been resilient through our often—nay always—overburdening rigorous stages. We wouldn’t have it any other way, and we are glad they understood and continue to understand. This is the tenth issue of IJPL, and it is dedicated to the sun and moon, day and night, and the only source that proves there is a God in my life: my elixir of truth and rigor, and my only reason to live: my daughter Iran, who is also ten this year. This issue is in its entirety dedicated to my daughter Iran Ghazal Korangy: I love you my life, here is your first, but not last, FESTSCHRIFT as you were and are the inspiration for this journal and anything positive I do or I may ever do.
