BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY SCiMAT: THEMATIC EVOLUTION OF PREGNANCY STRESS RESEARCH
This study analyzes the thematic evolution of pregnancy stress research from 1997–2025 using a SciMAT bibliometric approach. A total of 365 Scopus-indexed articles were examined through performance analysis, keyword evolution, longitudinal mapping, and period-based assessment. Core themes such as risk factors, prenatal exposure, and anxiety disorders were identified, while emerging topics like paternal care, circadian rhythm, and non-pharmacological therapies indicate a shift toward multidisciplinary perspectives. Findings aim to inform evidence-based, integrative strategies in maternal mental health research and highlight methodological directions for future longitudinal and thematic studies.
