Abstract

The Hawking paradox arises from the apparent non-unitarity of black hole evaporation. The Universal Ψ Equation is defined through a closed variational principlewhere the operator Γ is generated solely by Ψ. We develop the full functional calculus, the second–order expansion, and the spectral conditions showing that detO ̸= 0 forall finite radii, preventing event horizon formation. A finite coherent critical surfacereplaces both the classical horizon and the singularity, eliminating information loss. Allderivations are presented explicitly.
