Informational First Unified Framework (IFUF/IST) for Galaxy Rotation Curves

We present a novel informational first model (IFUF/IST) to explain galaxy rotation curves without invoking dark matter halos or modified Newtonian dynamics. The model combines baryonic contributions with an informational field tail derived from a Helmholtz equation. We compare fits against standard ΛCDM halo models and MOND across representative galaxies. Our results show consistently lower RMSE values for IFUF/IST, indicating superior accuracy with fewer parameters. Extending to the full SPARC sample of 175 galaxies, we find systematic correlations between IFUF/IST parameters and observable galaxy properties, suggesting universality.
