The Future of Medicine: A Micronutrient-Centric Healthcare Model
This research article presents a visionary Natural Science framework for the future of global healthcare—one built on a micronutrient-centric model rather than a drug-centric one. It argues that most chronic, degenerative, metabolic, hematological, and malignant diseases arise from long-standing disturbances in cellular nutrition, detoxification, and biochemical signaling, rather than genetic defects or isolated organ failures. The paper explains how vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and coenzymes form the biochemical foundation of cellular intelligence—governing detoxification, immune response, DNA repair, protein metabolism, mitochondrial energy production, and tissue regeneration. Drawing from the Natural Immunotherapy (NIT) framework developed and clinically applied at Save Medha Foundation, and supported by micronutrient formulations from Dantura Botanics, the article outlines how restoring micronutrient balance can reverse many disease states previously considered incurable. It proposes a new medical model in which diagnosis includes micronutrient–toxin terrain mapping, treatment focuses on detoxification and targeted nutrient replenishment, and pharmaceuticals play a supportive—not primary—role in long-term care. The article highlights applications in oncology, hematology, metabolic disease, neurology, pediatrics, and public health, offering a blueprint for a healthcare system capable of delivering genuine disease reversal, not just symptom management. Designed for indexing on Zenodo and Google Scholar, this paper establishes micronutrient-centric medicine as a foundational paradigm for the next era of global healthcare.
