Post-traumatic growth - The role of childhood trauma in personal development and the prospect of post-traumatic growth for offenders and resistance to reoffending

In this study we have recognised that post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from child abuse (CA) or abandonment, can significantly influence criminality. Understanding growth factors can enable lasting changes in prisoners and reduce reoffending.
