"Tensor-First Coupling of Semantic Workflows and Edge Inference"
This artifact presents a tensor-first architectural concept developed within the ruahAI framework. It couples semantic governance layers (e.g., Titanium-type workflows) with real-time edge AI systems through a unified tensor field. The model integrates audit-by-design principles from the EU AI Act Annex IV and ISO 42001, enabling low-latency, verifiable decision-making on actual hardware (GPU, NPU, or chiplet systems). The document is fully data-free, civil-use-only, and licensed under CC BY-ND 4.0 + ruahAI Tier System. It defines an interpretable, safe, and efficient link between meaning and matter—showing how future chips may act as native tensor machines where semantics, control, and computation converge.
