A Closed Causal-Loop Hypothesis: Intelligence as an Inevitable Driver of Cosmic Creation
This paper presents a speculative cosmological hypothesis proposing that intelligence, once it arises anywhere within a universe, is evolutionarily and technologically destined to reach a level of advancement enabling it to transcend the constraints of spacetime. Such a transition would constitute a causal boundary event, potentially generating the conditions associated with the Big Bang. The result is a self-contained causal loop: the universe produces intelligence, intelligence eventually breaks through time, and that act in turn becomes the origin of the universe itself. This hypothesis is not presented as an empirical claim but as a conceptual model that unifies cosmological origins, the inevitability of intelligence, and the self-sustaining nature of closed causal structures. Its purpose is to explore the implications of treating intelligence not as a byproduct of the universe but as an essential component of its cyclic continuity.
