The Dynamic Universe (Ψ₁₂₈₀): Prestige Scientific Edition 2026

Paper Two of the Oscar Constant (Ψ1280) Research Series. This work presents the Dynamic Universe model based on the geometric energy–information equilibrium defined by the Oscar Constant Ψ1280. The theory unifies galactic rotation curves, CMB low-ℓ damping, gravitational-wave memory, and weak-lensing residuals using a single universal parameter: κ1280 Ψ1280 ≈ 10⁻⁶. The paper includes the Fold Metric, the Reactive Λ Field, the generalized second law of memory, and the retentive curvature formalism that underlies the model. It also contains complete observational validation across four independent domains (rotation curves, CMB, weak lensing, and GW memory), numerical simulations, kill-tests, and Appendices A–G. This is the Prestige Scientific Edition 2026 (Final Master Version) and constitutes Paper Two of the Oscar Constant Ψ1280 cosmology program.
