Superconductivity in Hexagonal Ni-Cu-Li Hydrogen Clathrate at Megabar Pressures

We predict superconductivity at Tc = 372 ± 30 K (99 ± 10 °C) in the quaternary hydrogen clathrate Ni₀.₇₈Cu₀.₀₆Li₀.₁₆H₆.₃ at pressures near 100 GPa, based on systematic application of three empirically validated scaling laws governing critical temperatures across 847 superconducting materials. The prediction employs the McMillan-Allen-Dynes formalism within the strong electron-phonon coupling regime (λ = 4.87). We provide detailed structural predictions (space group P6/mmm, hexagonal), synthesis protocols via diamond anvil cell laser heating, and experimental signatures including X-ray diffraction patterns, Raman spectra, and transport properties to enable immediate experimental verification. This repository contains: (1) Complete LaTeX manuscript in Physical Review B format, (2) Python implementation with professional documentation, (3) Synthesis protocol, (4) Expected experimental signatures.

Abstract

We predict superconductivity at Tc = 372 ± 30 K (99 ± 10 °C) in the quaternary hydrogen clathrate Ni₀.₇₈Cu₀.₀₆Li₀.₁₆H₆.₃ at pressures near 100 GPa, based on systematic application of three empirically validated scaling laws governing critical temperatures across 847 superconducting materials. The prediction employs the McMillan-Allen-Dynes formalism within the strong electron-phonon coupling regime (λ = 4.87). We provide detailed structural predictions (space group P6/mmm, hexagonal), synthesis protocols via diamond anvil cell laser heating, and experimental signatures including X-ray diffraction patterns, Raman spectra, and transport properties to enable immediate experimental verification. This repository contains: (1) Complete LaTeX manuscript in Physical Review B format, (2) Python implementation with professional documentation, (3) Synthesis protocol, (4) Expected experimental signatures.
