THE PROBLEM OF PERSONALITY SELF-ACTUALIZATION IN THE CONTEXT OF CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES: FROM A STATIC IDEAL TO A DYNAMIC PROCESS
The article examines the transformation of understanding of personality self-actualization in the context of the challenges of modern society. The evolution of the concept from A. Maslow's static model to the dynamic approaches of existential psychology is traced. An integrative three-stage model of overcoming barriers to selfactualization is developed, including the stages of awareness, navigation, and integration.
