AR/VR Virtual Campus Tour Platform

This paper presents the development and testing of CampusVerse Explorer, an innovative virtual campus tour applicationusing augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies. Traditional physical campus tours often face barrierssuch as travel cost, scheduling, and accessibility for remoteprospective students. Our solution is a web-deliverable, immersive, interactive virtual tour that integrates 360° panoramicviews and optimized 3D models. The system uses a modernweb stack including React, Three.js (with React-Three-Fiber),Tailwind CSS, and the WebXR Device API.
