GraspOS Deliverable D2.3: "SCOPE+i Framework"
This report presents the SCOPE+i Framework, a tailored infrastructure developed within the GraspOS project to support the implementation of Responsible Research Assessment (RRA). Building on the SCOPE Framework created by the INORMS Research Evaluation Group, SCOPE+i extends it with assessment process resources and assessment services that facilitate collaborative planning, documentation, and registration of assessment activities. The framework includes seventeen process resources –templates, guides, and checklists – that support all stages of the SCOPE process, from initial planning to evaluation. Two assessment services, the Openness Profile and the Assessment Protocol Portfolio (APP), are integrated within the GraspOS Open Infrastructure and underpinned by Research Activity Identifier (RAiD) to ensure interoperability. Together, they enable transparent, context-sensitive, and evidence-based approaches to research assessment across diverse institutional and disciplinary settings.
