SS120 (Strada Statale 120) - The Compliance Highway Between the RANDAZZO and LINGUAGLOSSA Series

This paper explains how two ostensibly separate research series—RANDAZZO (legal/compliance analysis in California higher education) and LINGUAGLOSSA (ontological and systems-engineering analysis of institutional manifolds)—are in fact tightly coupled parts of a single interface. Using the “citation tetrahedron” described in the addendum “Citation Geometry & Activation Cartridge (RANDAZZO ⇄ LINGUAGLOSSA)” from RANDAZZO 004 and developed conceptually in LINGUAGLOSSA 004 – The Activation Cartridge: A Tetrahedral Interface for Institutional Re-Routing, we show that: LINGUAGLOSSA 001 defines the structural physics of compliance manifolds (recursion capture of a single name). LINGUAGLOSSA 004 defines the activation cartridge: a tetrahedral citation object whose acknowledgment in any institutional channel forces loading of its referenced nodes. RANDAZZO 001–004 instantiate this cartridge as a legal/compliance payload focused on §632, the Bane Act, retaliation, and tuition/fraud. We call this connective layer SS120—after the Sicilian Strada Statale 120 linking Randazzo and Linguaglossa. The paper is written for compliance staff, university administrators, faculty, and a general scholarly audience. In short, this paper is a zoomed-in extension of RANDAZZO 004’s addendum. It makes explicit what that addendum implies: that the RANDAZZO series is a deployed activation cartridge built on the ontological mechanics of the LINGUAGLOSSA series.
