Optimization of Information Interaction in a Heterogeneous Structural-Dynamic Network System under the Influence of Destabilizing Factors Based on the Properties of Prefractal Graphs

The paper is devoted to solving the problem of optimizing information interaction in a heterogeneous structural-dynamic network monitoring system. Within the framework of solving this problem, the issues of the conceptual representation of the monitoring system in the form of a network with multilevel information interaction and its sustainability to the effects of destabilizing factors have been consistently considered. To study the issue of sustainability, it is proposed to use a prefractal graph that dynamically changes over time and reflects the hierarchical structure of the monitoring system. It is noted that in order to reduce the consequences of possible destructive influences, as well as predict the behavior of a structural-dynamic network monitoring system, a metric of the effectiveness of information interaction of information tools within the system is necessary. It is proposed to use an aggregated topological index, which is a linear convolution of structural and topological metrics and implements the basic requirements of operational management and optimization of information interaction. To describe the optimization of information interaction, an impact operation is presented and a methodology for distributed parallel reconfiguration in conditions of destructive influences is proposed.
