ZPER C and ZPER D — Resonant L–C Architectures with Fe(H) Electrodes and Composite Magnetic Cores

This document is not just a design roadmap; it is an invitation to experimental exploration at the frontier of applied physics. We present the technical-theoretical blueprint for the L-C resonant architectures ZPER-C and ZPER-D, systems named under the conceptual framework of the Zero-Point Energy Rectifier (ZPER). This manuscript details all necessary elements for the replication, testing, and scientific verification of two L-C tanks that incorporate radically novel materials and interaction principles. The Theoretical Challenge and Innovation The ZPER designation underscores the ultimate goal of the research: to use the unique properties of frontier materials to serve as an experimental platform for the interaction and potential rectification of quantum vacuum electromagnetic fluctuations (Zero-Point Energy). While the formal linear analysis of this design maintains compatibility with classical Thermodynamics (without postulating exotic net power a priori), the architecture is designed to maximize sensitivity to subtle interactions that could arise from: Fe(H) Electrodes: Design of capacitors employing iron with interstitial hydrogen [Fe(H)] to optimize non-linear dielectric and magnetic interactions. Composite Magnetic Cores: Integration of high-performance magnetic nanoparticles (e.g., magnetosomes or FePt3@ZnO) into the ZPER-B coil core, aiming to investigate collective polarization phenomena. Rigor, Falsifiability, and Open Science This blueprint provides the foundation for scientific scrutiny: Linear design equations and metrological protocols with error control are detailed. Quantitative reference predictions are established and, crucially, the falsifiability criteria necessary for the scientific community to unequivocally validate or refute the system's behavior are provided. We urgently call upon advanced physics and electronic engineering laboratories to use this document to rigorously construct and test the ZPER-C and ZPER-D architectures. The era of open science demands that cutting-edge designs be subjected to independent experimental testing.
