The Universal Regulator: Empirical Continuity and Dynamic Regulation from Quantum Fields to Cosmic Gravity

We present a comprehensive theoretical and empirical demonstration of a single, scalefreeUniversal Regulator that unites coherence behavior across nine physical domains(Rungs A–I), from quantum matter to cosmic gravity. Using Buckingham–Π normalization, dimensional analysis, and experimental data spanning quantum, electromagnetic, condensate, and cosmological regimes, we show that phenomena previously regarded asdistinct expressions of order and coherence share one invariant geometry. The analysisvalidates this invariance across quantum and non-local regimes (Rungs A–C), includingBell-type entanglement experiments, where the invariant quantitatively reproduces theobserved non-local correlations while remaining consistent with Bell’s exclusion of localhidden variables. Electromagnetic phenomena from near-field cavities to astrophysicalemission lines (Rungs D–F) conform to the same invariant relation, as do condensatefields (Rung G), where the framework recovers the Ginzburg–Landau order parameter asa low-energy, localized expression of the Universal Regulator. At cosmic scales (Rung H),the identical geometry governs normalized expansion dynamics, while Rung I extendsthe framework from static invariance to dynamic regulation, showing—through atominterferometerand Bose–Einstein-condensate motion tests—that the Universal Regulatoractively restores coherence after perturbation. The framework is explicitly falsifiable:after native normalization, any systematic residuals or irreducible thickening of invariantcollapse bands would refute the claim.
