A Unified Scientific Journal on the Biological, Genetic, and Neurological Foundations of Transgender Identity: Distinguishing Transgender Woman (MtF) and Transgender Man (FtM)
Modern biology, neuroscience, genetics, embryology, and endocrinology reveal that gender identity has scientific foundations rooted deeply in the human body. Traditionally, administrative forms recognize “Male,” “Female,” and a single category called “Transgender.” However, transgender identity is not a single biological category—it contains two scientifically distinct and biologically verifiable identities: Transgender Woman (Male-to-Female, MtF) Transgender Man (Female-to-Male, FtM) This unified journal provides complete scientific evidence—chromosomal, genetic, hormonal, neural, and behavioural—supporting the classification of these two categories as distinct biological identities. The paper also explains why application forms must include two separate transgender columns for accuracy, scientific integrity, and human rights.
