Global Investment and Human Cooperation Sector (GIHCS)

This Policy Paper presents the proposal for establishing the Global Investment and Human Cooperation Sector (GIHCS) under the coordination of the United Nations. The purpose of the GIHCS is to create a permanent, transparent, and ethical mechanism for coordinating international investments, reducing geopolitical tensions, and promoting equitable development across all nations. The document calls for structured integration between experts, heads of state, and global institutions through a continuous decision-making process grounded in science, ethics, and cooperation. The proposed GIHCS replaces competitive geopolitical dynamics with a shared global governance model focused on stability, sustainable development, and human well-being. Key components of the proposal include: mandatory global meetings; transparent decision frameworks; a unified investment request and evaluation platform; participation of multidisciplinary specialists; a Global Cooperation Council; ethical guidelines and monitoring structures. This work contributes to contemporary debates on global governance, multilateral cooperation, and new architectures for global economic development.
