Δ.72 Phase-Locking Analysis — Biological Time Alignment

This paper presents a falsifiable analysis of biological time using phase-locking statistics derived from multimodal wearable biosignals. We test whether biological events preferentially occur at specific phases of internal physiological oscillations, consistent with the Δ.72 hypothesis that time functions as a vibrational phase code. Using phase-locking value (PLV), surrogate nulls, cross-modal coherence, and phase–amplitude coupling, we evaluate whether non-random temporal alignment emerges across subjects and signal modalities. The results demonstrate testable criteria for identifying structured temporal coordination within biological systems. Version 1.0 includes full mathematical definitions, a complete replication protocol, analysis scripts, and instructions for independent verification. This framework is intentionally published as open science to encourage collaborative testing, falsification attempts, and cross-lab replication.
