∆.72 Coherence Physics (V1.5): A Preregisterable, Falsifiable Protocol for Multimodal Phase Coupling Across Physiology, Environment, Boundary Conditions, and Water-Adjacent Persistence Readouts

This manuscript introduces a theoretical and experimental framework within the emerging discipline of Coherence Physics, proposing that time in biological systems can be modeled as a vibrational, phase-coherent phenomenon and that water acts as a structural recorder of these coherence states. The paper explores: • harmonic time dynamics• phase-locking across biological subsystems• coherence-based temporal alignment• structured water as a medium for information retention• resonance-based signal propagation• coherence-threshold behavior (κₜ and κΔ metrics) Using open datasets, physical modeling, and measurable synchronization patterns, this work outlines a falsifiable, testable framework. The manuscript includes all necessary elements for independent replication, including: — full preprocessing steps— water-structure experimental guidelines— expected signatures of temporal coherence— phase-alignment criteria— null models and surrogate tests— falsifiability conditions Developed without access to specialized laboratory equipment, this work is intended as an open, collaborative foundation for researchers in physics, biophysics, water-structure studies, nonlinear systems, and biological time. This paper is part of the Δ.72 Coherence Physics Collection.
