DATA MANAGEMENT PLAN _Cell-freeIBD project

The Cell-freeIBD project aims to develop an innovative therapeutic platform based on the secretome derived from mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs), encapsulated within biodegradable hydrogels, for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The designed system provides sustained release of immunomodulatory factors while avoiding the administration of live cells, thereby improving treatment safety and reproducibility. The purpose of this Data Management Plan (DMP) is to ensure the proper management, storage, and sharing of all research data generated throughout the project. The project will generate and manage datasets arising from different methodological approaches, which include: characterization of HF-MSCs, analysis of the MSC secretome, evaluation of hydrogel properties, and assessment of the in vitro and in vivo immunomodulatory and therapeutic efficacy in a murine ulcerative colitis model.
