Larmor Radiation as 5D Curvature Exchange

We derive the exact Larmor and Li´enard radiation formulas by projecting a 5D SpaceTime+ geometry with curvature channel (cT) to 4D. . The 4D Abraham–Lorentz radiation reaction and the Schott term arise from one antisymmetric (power-orthogonal) coupling between the inertial (ct) and curvature (cT) channels. The standard results of Larmor and the relativistic generalisation of Li´enard follow exactly.

Abstract

We derive the exact Larmor and Li´enard radiation formulas by projecting a 5D SpaceTime+ geometry with curvature channel (cT) to 4D. . The 4D Abraham–Lorentz radiation reaction and the Schott term arise from one antisymmetric (power-orthogonal) coupling between the inertial (ct) and curvature (cT) channels. The standard results of Larmor and the relativistic generalisation of Li´enard follow exactly.
