IMPROVING APPROACHES TO ENSURING THE READINESS OF THE TERRITORIAL BODIES OF THE BORDER GUARD SERVICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS TO OPERATE IN THE CONDITIONS OF CHANGING RADIATION CONDITIONS CAUSED BY FACTORS OF A MILITARY NATURE

The article considers the problem of ensuring the functioning of the territorial bodies of the border guard service of the Republic of Belarus in conditions caused by factors of a military nature. These factors are highlighted and their characteristics are given. The role and place of territorial authorities in the development of a radiological emergency in the border area caused by these factors are determined. A functional and applied algorithm is proposed for the activities of officials of the management bodies of the territorial bodies of the border guard service in their preparation for functioning in a radiological emergency, and its substantive characteristics are given.
