Reconciliation to Christ Alone: Women in Ministerial Leadership
This paper argues that Scripture affirms full ministerial leadership for women through mutual submission, not hierarchical subjugation. Beginning with Galatians 3:28 as hermeneutical cornerstone, it examines Pauline household codes (Ephesians 5) as counter-cultural equity, Jesus' commissioning of Mary Magdalene (John 20) as the inception of the Great Commission, and Revelation's feminine imagery (Rev 12) as eschatological fulfillment. Rahab and the Genesis "helper" (ezer) frame women as divine agents of redemption. The Holy Spirit's outpouring in Acts 2 confirms no gender distinction in gifting. Against complementarian readings, the study asserts that biological difference does not limit spiritual authority. The church must reject male gatekeeping and embrace the whole Body for the Great Commission.
