The Coherence–Gated Riemann Operator: A Parallel Reduction Principle to Reissner–Nordström Geometry
This work introduces a coherence-weighted Riemann operator and analyzes its behavior near zeta zeros and at extreme height. Numerical measurements in Section 7 demonstrate that the harmonic coherence stabilizes at C_harm ≈ 0.16 for t ~ 10^10–3×10^10. Consequently, meaningful gate activation occurs for δ ≈ 0.15–0.18, while δ ≈ 0.55 keeps the gate inactive. No operator definitions or theoretical results were altered in this revision; only the empirical threshold calibration and explanatory text were refined for internal consistency.
